With increasing equipment costs, 5 year terms did not always allow equipment to maximize its profitability. To solve this problem, HFA found the resources that offers extended borrowing terms and secure only the equipment being acquired, without blanket liens.
Harry Fry and his company, Harry Fry & Associates, were the FIRST to offer borrowing terms in excess of 10 years on cranes.
